Music Ministry
The Music Ministry of FUMC seeks to encourage persons of all ages to
participate in meaningful expressions of faith through the gift of music. No
auditions or previous experience is necessary. Opportunities to join a
special group of people who serve with joy include the following:

Adult Chancel Choir - Adults and teens sing each Sunday morning at
the 11:00 AM worship service. Rehearsals are 7-8:30 PM Wednesday
nights. The fifth Sundays of the year are Contemporary Music.
Adult Handbell Choir - Adults and teens comprise this choir that plays
for worship and special services throughout the year. Rehearsals are 6-7:00
PM Wednesday nights.
Children's Handbell Choir - children 2nd - 6th grade learn the basics of
handbells and play in worship regularly.
One Acchord - Contemporary Praise Band - currently One Acchord plays
for the 8:43 worship service and other special services. Rehearsals vary
week to week but the band welcomes contemporary musicians.
